If smaller creators stop getting paid then it'll be much more competitive. This means that drastic measures will be taken to gather an audience that can fund you. As long as they're paid, they don't need to worry about monetizing it externally. This would also not apply to larger corporate channels, such as news broadcasters and talk hosts. It might sound like a good idea to diminish the shit on youtube, but this would only make everything worse. Hustle 1000x + no proper monetization = chaos.

I think what’s so bad is the influence that he has over a young audience. I think the key difference y’all are missing between Logan Paul and Filthy Frank is the age of the audiences. Logan Paul leads an audience (that he clearly knows) is all kids. While Filthy Frank (may he Rest In Peace) led an audience of primarily young adults. Every content creator knows that you NEED to be aware of your audience when putting content out there. Filthy Frank was able to get away with the shit he did because his audience wasn’t primarily composed of impressionable small children. Logan Paul just does these things because (like he even said himself) instead of controversy making his viewcount go down, it just makes it go wayyy up. His channel prospers when he does controversial things so that’s what he plans to keep doing until something changes. Yeah KZbin suspended his ads but do you really think they’re gonna keep it like that for long? Not long from now he’s gonna be making tons of money from all this controversy

Ok so a year ago. It’s almost the end of the school year. Me and a few friends are in a group in my English class to film our final project. We’re kinda messing around and that’s something kids like us do all the time. Well long story short my one friend brought a road flare he stole (not the smartest guy) and lights it. Now I’m thinking that’s probably not a good idea as we’re on the middle school property (we’re high schoolers) and they have cameras. I don’t think too much of it until he drops it on a cardboard box we found and were going to use as a prop for the video. Then it lights on fire just in the middle of the small field. Now I’m freaking out and I’m seriously worried out of my mind. I never felt more concerned about something in my life and I can’t even begin to describe how I felt in that moment. Thankfully we happened to have a ride ready that didn’t see the flames and smoke emanating into the sky. We eventually made it home safe with no one but ourselves that know about it. I call on of my friends that ran to another friends house close by and he told me how fire trucks came and how my friend stayed and sorted out everything with the fire fighters and even the principal. Now this may seem like some stupid thing to be worrying about to some people but I’m the kinda guy that never really does stupid stuff like that so when this happened I felt awful for the next few days. After all this happened me and my other friends didn’t get punishment and were never called by school staff and I’m grateful my friend who started the fire was honest enough to take the blame. (We got together to film a second time and ended up getting an A on it and I was able to pass the class). Now I can’t even begin to describe how shaken up I would be if me and my friends discovered a dead body underneath that box or something. Just seeing how Logan Paul acts during that whole fiasco amazes me. How can you be so insensitive that you don’t even feel anything after discovering a dead body. Thanks to anyone who actually read this story it’s entirely true I couldn’t make this up if I wanted too.
