I have thyroid too I loose 12 pounds weight. Eat almond. Nuts. Pumpkin seeds. One apple 3 Eaggs. Lunch salad. Fish brown rice . Wallk daily. Apple cider vinegar. I eat one roti mixed with 3 atta. chana atta jawar atta. Ragi atta . Mix with some vegetable. It's not easy to lose weight. Do your best. No bread no rice no sugar .

I have a thyroid too .. I lost 4 kg in a month ..: I done intermedent fasting 16:8 . 1 pm thyroid tablet (25mg ) .. 1:30pm hot water +lemon -+chia ... 2 pm : 2 oats chilla +3 boil eggs (sometimes moon daal chilla ) 3 pm : 2 glass warm water (green tea) 4 pm :avacado +rocket leaf salad( boil black chana salad sometimes ) 5:30 : Makhana +matcha tea 6pm :Apple with cinnamon 7:30 ;lauki soup 9 pm :cinnamon tea or ajwain tea Every one hours drink plenty of water . Do exercise daily ... simple exercise like jumping jack and squats .. walk 4 km daily
