For a goalie who was playing his last NHL season, Andy Moog was really good. Before Jose Theodore came good, Moog was the best goalie we had in the immediate aftermath of the post-Patrick Roy era.

@@MisterMister5893 yeah he became a free agent and signed with the Habs after Dallas signed Ed Belfour, and then he retired after his only season with the Habs

This was the 1st series Mtl won in years. Moog was awesome The streak that Dick Irivin was talking about is the overtime streak ( without a loss ) that started in the 93 playoffs

10 OT wins in a row in 93 , 1 in 1996 vs NYR , 1 in 1997 vs NJ (in 3rd OT !!) and 1 in 1998 vs PIT => 13 OT wins in a row !! .... But then they hit a brick wall called Hasek in the 2nd round in 1998 => OT Streak terminated by the Dominator. lol
