Oddly enough governments have been doing a version of this like forever? Instead of thinking 'government' think village chief, or king, that like being large and in charge, a lot. So how might a king or some other honcho and their families reman large and in charge? Maybe like in olden days they might see and up and coming family that might seriously pose a threat, so they pay money or perhaps give kingly favor to some other folks who are less likely to pose a threat. This 'kingly favor' might be seen as a "charity" by that society at large. Puts and entirely different coat of paint on much of history don't it?

S1E3 You pretend to be unbiased in your presentation of choices. However, reviewing the girl in white and the MAGA hat group...you show comments made condemning the maga groups with derogatory likes.. yet when you show the derogatory like comments against the girl in white, you show that result for less time of intentionally obscured. Additionally, strange the leftist is dressed in white as if she is pure and innocent whereas the Maga hat wearers are dressed in red which can easily been interpreted as representing anger or hostility. Which is the power nice try but any observable with any kind of sense can see you manipulating the only the content but the use of colors to Signal a certain type of result. The bias of NPR. Typically, confrontation between people who support Trump and people who are anti Trump are generally flip the other way you can only have a lot of antique trunk people descending upon one or two pro Trump people and results are a lot more intimidating by the anti-trump people. By the way Donald Trump is not a bully, Donald Trump is the bully killer!
