Good advice. You also should give advice on how to react if the immigration officer crosses the line of professionalism in interviewing a candidate, for example by yelling at the candidtae, intimidate the candidate or threatining the candidate. In other words, when to pull out a paper and a pen, write down the officer's name and badge number , write down his/her non-professional behaviour and ask to speak with a supervisor while keeping calm and composed all the time.

My green card interview was a freaking breeze after a few years of the process dragging like hell because of COVID. They literally asked me two questions when I showed up and approved it. Though coming from England I have to admit that I’m pretty privileged and most people applying for immigration benefits don’t have it so easy

Easy if you are really married. My husband did most of the talking. The officer was nice. Didn’t look at my husband at all at the interview. I did smile though. Where did you meet? Why did you get married? I do not remember the rest but they were like 5 questions that lead to a conversation more than an interview June 2022

I live in Casablanca with my husband and i watched all these video about greencard/interviews nd honestly did it on my own..we had friends that went to the interview and they have fiancee visa and was a breeze for them 4 weeks later they left to use 😊our interview in around the corner and we are not worried bcs i live her with him😂.i called for help to submit paperwork to nvc because i disnt know know how and you rejected me 😂like i said i did it on my own and took little longer but thats okay..my advice people call Rapid visa its cheaper they help .

Hi Jim , Requesting your help please . This is regarding my H4 EAD card returned to uscis due to my attorney filled with incorrect zip code . So it’s been more than a 10 days , raised service request to re-mail the ead card 17 days ago . Yesterday case status history shows service request is completed and received email from uscis service request status. but the case status still showing card returned to uscis. I donno whether they re-mailed the card or not. If not Without re-mailing the card how can they complete/close the service request.
