I'm so happy that I stumbled upon your videos. You explain stuff so easily that everyone understands and do your best to get through the movements. I practice a yoga weekly called repair/flow yoga and it is all about taking it slower and really taking time to breathe in/out and finding time to stretch muscles we forget.
