Splendid compilation 😎👍🏽 Love to see and hear those Chiltern 68’s and Freight-liner 70’s “flat out” 😀👍🏽 Diesels with “life and spirit” that you can hear and feel as they go past - not many trains left like that here these days😎👍🏽

@@antman09ful1 thank you 😀👍🏽 I often see GWR IET’s silently going through my town, hardly a sound, no soul, no spirit. I used to love to hear the HST two tone horn and hear those Paxman engines screaming through 😀🇬🇧 In the dead of night, I’d hear the HST going through our town working the early morning boat train from Fishguard to Paddington…sounds I grew up with 😀🇬🇧 A brush 47 with that lovely Sulzer sound working through on a passenger, parcels or oil tank working..or in 1984 the unmistakable hammer-beat of the EE engine in a class 50 belting through with the usual late running 1V92 Glasgow-Swansea - happy days - when locomotives had character 😎👍🏽👀

Well well well Mike! Ten minutes of sheer bliss! What a session hey! I've said it before Banbury is one of my favourite UK stations and certainly my favourite on the Chiltern line! Plenty of Darth vaders (70's) screeming away there, glorious Chiltern 68's, some awesome spots you found there, and the Colas 70 on enginners was fantastic! Really enjoyed, take care cheers Nick.
