This coach in my opinion has changed my opinion on what a A Grade successful coach is. I until now thought it was about how many premierships a coach wins. I thought great coaches must win four premierships to be a supercoach. I now consider him a supercoach with 2 premierships because he stayed up near the top for nearly ten years and then won his second without early draft picks . He's a star. I'm a tiger supporter.

Not a Geelong or Brisbane fan, but I have a lot of admiration for this guy, both for the way he played, his obvious coaching ability, and especially the way he carries himself in interviews. Top class. No surprise to me that Geelong won the flag, they were the best organised team Carlton played all year. I didn't expect it to be a bloodbath though.

If the media had their way, Hardwick and Goodwin wouldn't be premiership coaches and Scott would have been shown the door after last year's prelim agaist Melbourne in Perth.

I would like to see Joel play on for one more season too. There is one thing that he hasn't yet achieved in his great career that I'm sure that he would love to achieve, and that is winning back to back premierships. It would be the perfect way for him to finish his career. Geelong can and will go back to back in 2023.

UEFA just fined 8 big clubs for breaching Financial fair play regulations. Truth will come out one day. There’s no way all those star Geelong players are willingly taking pay cuts in order to let other star players come to the club and earn more money than them. Under the table dealings for sure.
