@@davidmaxwell4696 I mean if we go into etymology the name “Persephone” actually consists of “perso-“ = sheaf of corn + “-phone” from the root “gwhen” (also where words like “bane” were derived from) = (to) strike, hit; combined to mean “thresher of corn”, thusly more in reference to her divinity over verdure, harvest (due to her connection to her mother) etc. Her other “titles” are more transferred meanings e.g. through her connection to Hades and her having to leave the mortal realm for a certain period of time each year to stay in the underworld, thus bringing sadness to Demeter and winter/death to the land etc.

Okay... so I'm going to address an another guy in the comment section here for the Greek. But the term BOY in this case has a few other meanings in the common greek language. One of them is for servant, even slave, I think. So Kratos and Hades addressing their sons as BOY in context would mean they are not yet MEN, and not yet HEIRS. Hades even says so: he has no heir to the throne, the fates "forbid" it. Thanatos and Hypnos were brought into their "pretend union". In fact Zagreus should have remained dead, but guess who brought him back? That is right. It was Nyx. The MOTHER of the three fates. She has the power and the authority to do so, as Mother Night and the somewhat creator of the realm. Notice how everything shakes, when she tells Hades to back off, or when she scolds Zagreus. So Hades correcting himself by saying the name of his son, and Zagreus noticing it is the moment when they become family and not just blood relatives. From BOY to SON. Imagine it like this: A bastard son can be an asset for the household, even well respected, but shall never be called a SON as an Heir of the fortune.

Here i really like what they did with Ares because he looks so unconventional and high fantasy compared to what we're used to seeing with most of his portrayals and the same goes for some other characters. Also to me some the voice acting in Smite is pretty horrid, especially with the female gods, like why would they make Athena sound so dumb? That will forever irk me. Tho, what i do like in Smite over hades is Persephone, but then again they portrayed two very different personalities of the goddess.

I can see them adding more content not a sequel because looking at the 2 other Supergiant games I've completed (Bastion and Transistor) all the stories were pretty self-contained with the MC's plot-lines being tied together and as for the other two games they made, (Pyre and Hades) which I'm currently going through I'm sure it'll be the same the story will be tied together and self-contained with Hades have the most potential for add-ons in the form of new gods and potentially new areas but otherwise Zag's story is probably done and they'll move on to their fifth project

Hi, Persephone will give you this quest when you have a good relationship with her and you have talked to her multiple times. Don't know if there are other requirements.

Hi, Step 1: Play through the game 10 times. Step 2: Give gifts to mom and play through the game until you get a quest from her.

@@nontimetis And once you get the quest from her, talk to all the gods and get their relationship ratings up until you get the prophecy done, then talk to Persephone again, and she'll have you give invitations to each of the Gods of Olympus.
