You'd think by now the O would have consistent enough lighting, it's crazy it changes so drastically year by year like there's no structure to it. With Pro Shows, if they decide to try something new, it's not the end the world. The O should just look the same every year. This year wasn't bad. There is a clear difference though.

Great Video Analysis. Hadi deserved the win! Dude brings his A game every year. Sets the standard. He’s got the total package, pretty hard to beat.

He was absolutely peeled in 2019. You can also see in the most muscular shot that his triceps were better in 2019.

The judges wanted Hadi bigger and that's what he gave them, sacrificing a little bit of conditioning. Well folks....it paid off. Hadi won this time around. The only knock I would say would be the lack of better quad sweep.

The polish and details in his 2019 look puts it ahead of 2022 imo. Look at the detail in the lower and upper back, the way the shoulder ties in with the arm. Throw in the legs, which used to be among the best of all time in 2019. Lastly, his condition. Sure, it improved in the finals in 22, but it’s still significantly worse than 19. Also… is 2019 even the best Hadi? People including myself are saying he’s declining and vulnerable for a bunch of reasons, not the least of which being because he used to be even better before 2019 when he competed as a 212. I can’t remember which shows exactly, but I do recall MMM making a video on this a while back. I get the desire to defend the champ and therefore the current state of bodybuilding, but we gotta call a spade a spade. That’s the tough but fun part of judging these physiques, putting aside what we want and seeing what is. Great video as always!

I predicted Hadi would win on NSP and got lambasted. But now that he has, I think the criticism just comes with the territory of winning. It’s unfortunate, as I think Hadi has a complete physique with good conditioning from year to year.

Being honest the lighting in 2019 is far superior compared to 2022. All I want his some consistency in how the the stage is set up and lit up. Because how are you going to tell it someone has improved or not when one year the lighting is good and next year have it be ass. It’s been ass since 2020 I hope to god the Olympia actually listen for once and improve the lighting. They had good lighting in recent years to like 2017 and 2019 so why don’t they just keep the same setup

it does like look he's hitting the most muscular slightly differently. If you look closely at the traps and neck it's clear that in 2019 he was rolling his shoulders slightly more forward than in 2022 resulting in more delt being shown. regardless though i think 2019 would take it anyway even if he posed exactly the same... the separation and details are just that much better especially in the quads and delt-arm.

Every comment you've made is absolutely right on time. The lat spread we're used to seeing from Holly chupin with the crazy conditioning was gone in 2022 and the huge lateral sleep you could see from behind in his quads is non-existent in 2022 they are flat. His back is bigger and wider in 2022 and looks better from the front because of that added size to the upper part of his lats but from behind he crushed himself in 2019 compared to 2022. Not to kill a dead horse but it's overuse of oil and not as good condition

In the most muscular you can tell the difference between years, arms and shoulders are old Manish muscle, and his right quad is down in size like Jay Cutler in the latter part of his career.

Hadi's quad sweep in 2019 looks sus, let's be honest here. His quads in 2022 look more natural with no unnatural sweep and his adductors look bigger. His mass gain in 2022 is pretty evident and what's the point of coming in razor sharp when guys like Brandon can show up looking 6 weeks out and win while Labrada nutrition boy can show up looking like a water buffalo and take the 4th place.

I am seeing this for the second time and commenting for the second time. Clearly the look he brought in 2019 and 2021 was a much better look . Holly's game is balanced and definition. He was still pretty balanced in 2022 but his quad size was down and the rest of him was bigger. His trademark conditioning was gone. His 2022 conditioning especially at prejudging was way off. If you look at the most muscular pose and compare them you can see the damage done to his delts and arms especially his left dealt and bicep. In 2019 he's good at everything and his conditioning was off-the-charts. Everybody was chasing big Ramy size in 2022. Huge mistake. Yes he won but it was his worst package we've seen in years. I am a big fan of his but I did not like his lack of conditioning especially in the legs. I still had him tied with Nick after prejudging and I was sitting right in front of them. Derek also looked watery and flat in prejudging

His quads and biceps aren’t as good these 2 years, but his v-taper this year is insanely good. Best way to put it is, his legs, arms and shoulders slowly getting smaller but his shape definitely improved year by year, so overall, he is more pleasing to look at. I am not a hadi hater, I like hadi but I don’t think he is not a lights out champion, especially with Derek rapidly improving, I just don’t see how hadi can win more than 2-3 titles.

The reason that people are having trouble with hottie winning 2022 was because he was much better in 2019. If ever there was a year he should have won it was last year. But his body was already beat up and his waist was already wider and he already had the shoulder and bicep injury to his left side that would be our right side viewing. I can't believe not even you have said anything about the fact that his bicep deltoid and forearm look deformed. Maybe it wasn't as visible on the video or pictures as it was in person but everybody was talking about it after prejudging. I literally hung out with 20 bodybuilders and coaches and a lot of them were professionals and we all thought that hotties waste was much wider, his conditioning was not nearly as sharp and the beautiful striated legs he brought to the dance many times were gone as well as that deltoid and bicep and even forearm looked deformed when he did his most muscular hands together. That is his most dominant pose and it is hard to even look at now that's the reason you heard everybody talking about him. When he was in fantastic shape with striated quads and normal looking deltoids at biceps that matched he didn't win which is confusing. The last thing I'm going to say about this is that if you were there you would see what I'm talking about but Derek looks so small compared to every other person in the top six from the front. I had Derek 4th and some of those guys had him sixth or 7th. He has a remarkable waste to shoulder ratio but he had no biceps no chest and his legs were teeny weenie from the front. I don't have a problem with hottie winning the show because I had him and Nick tied after prejudging. From behind Derek was probably the best in the show but from the front he only beat big Romi because Ronnie was so beat up and tired looking. A fresh hottie from 2019 would have smoked the 2022 hottie. He went for size and Brandon went for size. The difference is Brandon has never showed us Chris clean conditioning like hottie chicken from 2019 to 2021. I have not watched the video yet I was just commenting to quell your thoughts on why people are saying what they said. I still think he was first. Nick was second Brandon was third Derek was fourth Samson was 5th and her Jack was sixth Hunter was 7th and big Romi was 8th. That's how I had it after prejudging and most of that stayed the same after the finals. There was a couple times when Nick lost control in prejudging of his abs. It was both times when he did front lat spread standing next to Big Romi. Most of the time it was in check but he has to learn a different way to pose the front lot spread. Even in his recent post Olympia updates it looks like Nick has gotten much better at the front lat spread and especially the front relaxed. If he can get his last to stick out on stage in the front relaxed like he did in the update a couple days ago he easily could have won the Olympia. He dwarfed Derek big time and was in much better condition from the front. Derek was in the best condition from behind and Nick was right next to him as far as conditioning from behind but way out conditioned Derek from the front and I will say it one more time Derek had no biceps no chest it was flat as a board and even Derek's abs look terrible in prejudging and he was having a hard time getting them to flex and finally just did a vacuum. he has a lot of work also because he's still very small for the class. I think with hottie's injuries also that he will not win the Olympian next year and he'll be 36 years old and that is getting old. Also, I had some huge insight last night because there's things we don't hear in the bodybuilding world about why visas are denied from Iran. Let's just say they're selling warheads and other armaments to Russia and other enemies of the United States and throughout history there has been no travel into the United States no matter whether it's athletes or not athletes for enemies of the state. It is unfortunate that they are from Iran and have to deal with that but it is the government's fault not the government of the United States. When you represent a country unfortunately you suffer the consequences of that country's decision to hold a cold war against the United States. This isn't just bodybuilding this is every sport on every level for people coming into the United States making money and bringing it back to an enemy country who is supplying arms to our enemies. That is the reason they're denying Visas so now we all know

Give the guy a break, let him enjoy his reign as the new MR. Olympia because I highly doubt that he repeat

6:01 Those pics don't do him justice. He is actually even bigger than 2019 than you can tell from those images. Look at the head width. In 2019 it's way wider. That doesn't mean his head was wider but that the photographer used a lens with a different focal length. I think in 2019 the photographer is further away with a longer focal length which makes everything look the same distance and turns people into blocks of meat and the 2022 picture was taken from a closer distance with a shorter focal length, resulting in a narrower, more "comin atcha" perspective. One important variable that no one really seems to have on their radar.

Honey is 35 and 1/2 and will be 36 at the next Olympia. He has been competing for quite a long time though and has competed many times. His small delts probably forced him to overusing oil and it ended up costing him dearly. As I've stated many times the Middle Eastern bodybuilders have access to gear we don't have in the United States and they overuse oil. You can see it all over big romy's body and that is very unfortunate. Hotties legs were soft at predudging and only moderately hard at the finals compared to what we're used to seeing. People have the right to judge and that's what body buildings all about. I love a big set of quads that are strident and Hardy chupin has had some of the best legs in 2019 until last year and we didn't see that this year. The amount of muscle around the knee and the big quad sweep both inside and outside and the striations were gone. He did show a more symmetrical look with the bigger upper body but it wasn't hard and he has those injuries I've talked about to his left bicep shoulder and forearm. I like a lot of the other people that you commented on think he's done. He may be able to win the Olympia one more time but his body is getting very tired looking just like big Remy who I told you 6 months before the show was in trouble.

Hottie also had bumps and lumps all over his glutes especially from the side and that is probably the reason he did not do the side tricep pose. In mandatories he does that hoo-ha side tricep and I think they need to have people go back to hitting the side tricep pose correctly not facing the audience and showing their abs with a little bit of tricep that's not the polls. I love Hardee's physique from 2019 to 2021 but I don't like the increase size less conditioned and less legs because Hardy had the best legs in the show by far and 2019. I love a guy who walks on stage with big ass quads shaking all over the place and also his calves were way downsized and that's a big advantage she has over all the other guys. So there you go that's about 10 reasons why you're hearing what you hear and I would love to see you be straight up about the fact that you see the lack of symmetry between his delts and biceps from the left side to the right side because I know you got a good eye and you see it

You have such a great eye for bodybuilding but I don't believe you're not looking at the same thing I am. I have always told you how good of an eye you have as opposed to a lot of the other guys who do what you do. Look at hottie's freaking left dealt and bicep and forearm in that most muscular compared to 2019. Yes you said that that was the clear winner in the all of the poses but you should make a statement cuz I know you see it about how horrible the symmetry is between the two sides in this pose in 2022. Looking at this most muscular I'm going to repeat what I said he will not win the Olympian next year no way no how. Derek and Nick both look better from behind except for hottie crushed Nick in latspread but Nick will learn how to do that pose it's not a structural thing it's he doesn't do the pose well but Nick took him to school and rear double bicep. He also took Derek to school too and Derek also has a better lat spread. However, overall conditioning and mass size went to Nick. As I've said a hundred times in many different podcasts I had them tied which is very rare after prejudging but I had had Derek barely hanging on to third excuse me fourth. Brandon and Derek had very similar structures with the upper body dominance and the pretty small waist but Brandon so much bigger and more mature muscle. Derek could hardly hold an abdominal pose and prejudging and that vacuum hits with all his poses as got to go. It was supposed to be headed the vacuum and then blow your abs out he can't do that and as somebody was judged many bodybuilding shows I'm going to tell you it's going to catch up with him. On the other side of the coin hotties abs look Dynamite but his waist is much wider than it was in 2019

1:12 Yeah that's one thing I will never understand. It's the Olympia. Not just some ifbb show (even though really they should have consistent production quality standards for all shows but whatever) - no, it's *the* event of the year. They get the lighting right. Then they FUCK IT UP AGAIN. How. It is beyond me. Just replicate the same thing at the same venue with the same equipment, same staff, same everything. What is the fucking problem 😂 It is so absurdly amateurish.
