As salaamu alaykum Shaykh so what do the Fuqaha say as to why the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallim said that he doesn't shake hands with women? What do we take from the fact that he may have not but Sayyidinaa Umar r.a.did

The word 'mass' isn't just related to sex though. Ayahs 20 + 21 of surah Ma'arij show the use of the word 'mass' outside of the word sex. 70:20 - When evil touches him, impatient, 70:21 - And when good touches him, withholding [of it] Surely, this cannot only be a euphemism for sex. And Allah knows best.
