I had the same experience, I chose to bind reload to R2 and it gave me flashbacks of being 12 years old playing MegaMan X and quickly realizing that binding Megamans dash to the "R" on the SNES controller for megamens dash was 1000 times more intuitive than the default which was the button A which was in the most awkward spot ever, especially for dashing which you literally press 30 times per minute exactly like how often you need to reload with Hestia.

Haelian, you're incredible ! I always hated Exagryph and its gameplay, but after your video I gave it a try. I was stuck at 3 Heat and 5 attempts before that. I started with 14 Heat, which I cleared easily thanks to the Duo Zeus/Poseidon. Then I clear 20 Heat with a bad build and decided to push my luck a bit further with 32 heat. First attempts ended in Styx but the second one was cleared ! Thanks for your wonderful explanations.

When I first did 32 heat, I never touched the timer. I like playing with the timer on lower heat, but to just BEAT 32 heat I wanted the ability to take as long as I need

Lost two runs to shield saviors in Elysium (a shield enemy, whom you can't easily kill, who is in a group of shield enemies with a savior that gives 1 invulnerability to each of their mates). By the time you get their invulnerabilities down and get prepared to hit them from behind, the savior gives them more invulnerability. Going for runs with the shattered shackle and full approval process + one level of disabling mirror upgrades (since it only affects rerolls and boons which we will be mostly ignoring with shattered shackles). This lets me turn down the benefits package, in your face Elysium shields.

I just tried this strat. The greatest difficulty is just being able to do enough damage to the armored foes. I got all the way to Hades but in my haste to beat the timer I accidentally hit myself with my own bomb.

I like Hestia, but 32 heat is so much for it. I think Eris and Achilles are still much easier for 32 heat, they're so much easier for tight deadlines, and both can have great aoe so you can get jury summons no problem

Looking at this because I'm least comfortable with Hestia of all aspects besides like, Hades which is simple. So you never want to use the regular attack, not even to armor shred or even crit fish for a Hunter's Mark, which will set up like a chain of empowered crits? I'm obviously the outlier because I got 32 heat only on Gilgamesh, because I felt most confident with the dashes and armor/damage control shredding capacity of the dash strike. To me the dash strikes are one of the strongest parts of Gilgamesh. It is weaker than other fist dash strikes, but isn't it also more rapid? I get Breaching Cross and I Maim, dash strike armor off, and let Maim kill. Then I'm looking for something like pp, Athena attack, Hide Breaker and Hunter's Mark. If I'm lucky I get Deadly Reversal. This is probably the best use of Draining Cutter too.

For the bow, you gotta go with Rama. Just spend each level hitting everyone with your special and then line up an attacking shot that can hit as many people as possible to maximize damage. This works best against large groups of mobs. I got 32 heat like that in my second attempt.

Just got my first 32 heat clear with Eris Rail Sea Storm build! On EM4 too 😎 Eris is my preferred weapon, I'd rather facetank and kill enemies super quick with Eris. For some reason I can't get into the rhythm of hestia, the constant reloading throws me off. I went straight to 32 from 20 and it was surprisingly easy, got it on my 2nd try only cause i didn't even get sea storm on my first try and still made it to phase 3 REDACTED. If you're scared or struggling, just go with your favorite weapon and build or whatever you feel the most confident with.

I just tried Hestia with explosive fire Hammer and I don't think that the explosive fire applies to the empowered shot. I think that renders that hammer pretty bad for Hestia. But that was the only time I've ever tried so maybe I'm wrong?

When you make the mistake of running the Hades game .exe file you will be addicted for life friends. The Sirenes themselves play the intro song ... 🤗🤗🤗
