Your video inspired me to try a run and I was able to get 8 casts. 2 from Chaos, 2 from Artemis Lego, and 1 from Charon for last fight on EX4 (only a heat 16) but it was fun.

Which weapon? If it was stackable (hera,beowulf) i think the dmg could be enough to oneshot bosses/minibosses if they didn't have the dmg barrier.

@@Stachelbeeerchen i got a 6 cast run with mirage shot Artemis cast on hera and i was one shoting mini bosses already. 8 casts might be able to one shot hades phases.

why not start the run with 3 casts already instead of 1 and hoping chaos appears? Is it not straight better or there's a mirror chanannigans i dont know?

It’s better in the long run if you can get chaos because you are only limited by the time it takes a stone to recharge as opposed to waiting for your lodged stones to reappear. Or in this case waiting for the stones to pop out of the flare.

If you stay with the three casts option you then have to wait for trippy flare to end and then pick up the stones before you can cast again. With stygian soul you recover your casts much faster. It's slightly slower at first when you only have one car, but by the end of is very powerful

I love cast builds. Cant stand the bow and shield with the load feature. Its an amazing and unique concept. I just suck at it. LOL

Luckiest asphodel I've ever seen. Only one chamber (witches) that even use the game clock (not counting shops/than, they're basically free anyways). And he executed the witches perfectly anyhow. If elysium was anywhere near as generous in its given rooms you would have had an absolutely insane time (igt)

I’m assuming because he’s going for a speed run hunting for stones to continue to load the charge takes too much time. I’d like to know Haelians reasoning though.

Because he was going for Trippy Flare, Dio's cast, which makes the festive fog for a while instead of dropping instantly like the other casts. I usually run Infernal anyway, because I'm never lucky enough to get more casts with Stygian (I've only tried it some 3 times, maybe, though) lmao
