Exactly. Lol and they’re practice motos. It benefits both of them to do a few passes on each other if the opportunity comes up and then finish out the moto strong. It’s not like he was giving 100% and he had nothing for him. Lol Eli is the man. If I had to guess he’s probably trying to mentor Deegan while he’s still there since he’s on his way out. They most likely aren’t ever going to race each other in actual competition so it’s not like he’s burning himself at all. We’ll see how Haiden does on the big bike. It’s easy to throw that 250 around however you want, but he’s a pretty small dude. I don’t doubt that he’s strong as hell though so we’ll see. Haha

I think Haiden did get him in Moto 1, but Dangerboy was racing and Tomac was learning the track. You can see moto 2 and Tomac has him covered, apparently more of the same in the unreleased moto footage.

Just an FYI there’s a little vid of tomac saying he only did a total of 8 laps with the hoodie, and within 2 laps of not having the hoodie he was almost a half second faster than deegan…. In a total of 10 laps ever he was faster than deegan who has ridden this layout for 2 months and has over 1000 laps on this track. 450’s are nuts.

Dude Haiden is a grinder. He’s going to do it the right way. No short cuts, no days off bcuz this is his business. His competition knows he’s the hardest worker in the 250 class and possibly in all of American Motocross no matter the class. His abilities and professional attitude towards his craft will have him leaving the 250 class and graduating to the 450 class after winning the “25” Supercross Championship, the Outdoor Motorcross Championship a 2nd time and the “25” Super Motorcross Championship for the 3rd time. Since turning Pro his lap times at each venue both indoors and out has improved steadily. So before getting bored or stale w/the 250 class Bobby will move him up to replace Eli’s since Eli has said “25” will be his final full season of racing Supercross. What I question is why he’s changing to race the West while his support staff (family) has planted their roots back east in Tallahassee Florida?

Tomac let him have a little, reeled him back in and let him now he’s just quite not there yet (to beat him). They all were looking great and practicing builds you but doesn’t mean a thing until the gate drops. I think it’s another great year of racing!

These teams need to get together on the bike colors because it’s hurting the sport. I thought one of those bikes was a Honda and it was one of those gasgas bikes. There are a 100 colors to choose from so Honda is red, Yamaha go back to white because the blue looks like hell and Suzuki stay yellow and Kawasaki green. The others need to find another color and stick with it and it can’t be a version of another color such as light or dark red. Just pick black, silver, etc

Back when Tomac raced 250's his lap times were faster than Villopoto's all the time. Most riders are faster on a 250 than a 450 on a sx track. Put Deegan on a 450 anxd i bet he would be slower on the 450 on a sx track.. bet

Malcolm Stewart is one of the best at all the difficult and technical parts of the track yet he falls down in easy spots and doesn’t push hard enough to pass which is a chess game he doesn’t seem to understand. So how do we fix it. Malcom wakes up for the tough stuff but gets lazy on the easy stuff yet the easy stuff is where you add up lap times so he needs to do very long concentration exercises. The falling in the easy parts of the track is mental laziness and the only way to fix this is to eat lot of green vegetables. It will calm his mind and give him incredible mental energy and he would then be a 3-5 place rider or better

@ Jett is 1, Hunter gets great starts then falls behind and becomes just a blocker. ET got plenty of seat time coming into this season. Webb if he stays healthy should be consistent. Chase folds when Jett gets on the gate. Blames his bike coming into and leaving races. Didn’t complain one time Jett was out during outdoors. As soon as he showed back up, media day “stuff with the bike setup” he has plenty of speed but he has lucked into all of his chips on a 450. Losing to Eli and Webb 2 years ago in supercross. Webb gets ran over Eli blows his Achilles. Jett takes a huge hit outdoors. Eli and Webb both get injured he had to beat Hunter and AP basically..would love to see him prove me wrong but I don’t see him winning much in 2025 barring a miracle (injuries) to the rest mentioned.
