I part my hair in the middle and flat twist a small section on each side of the front. Then pull the ends of the flat twists along the side and towards the back of my head, and use a really nice clip on each side of the ends (I found gold and other more elevated looking bobby pins on Amazon). It gives the same look as the half up half down style that Hailey recommended but with no ponytail, and shows off your natural texture in a really pretty way. And it's sooo quick to do.
