So much fun Hailey! I like that for you the rainbow serves a purpose memory-wise, not just because it's trendy or pretty (which it is both as well, lol). This is weird because I've never thought this in a bookshelf tour, but your blue section of your narrow shelf might be my favorite...just has what I would consider some contemporary classics on it (contemporary meaning time, not genre lol) plus I love blue.

Alphabetical by author is the only way I can do it. I've tried so many ways to organize it but nothing else works. It feels like my books get sad when series are split up or even when an authors works are separated, like I'm separating a family. Boy do I take my books way too seriously.

For me it does not bother me not to have in the series, but I hate not to have the same size for the books. Where did you get the bookshelves from? Can I start reading Magnus Chase before I have read all the Percy Jackson?

I would say no, because there is one huge spoiler in the second Magnus Chase book from the Heros of Olympus series. If you have read the third Heros of Olympus book, then I would say you should read Magnus Chase. Except from that spoiler though, you could read it eventhough you hadn´t read all the Percy Jackson books

Oh my gosh!! Your bookshelves are literary goals, they are just so beautiful... I am mesmerised!! I'm the same when it comes to colour, I can find books easily when they are organised by colour than when they are organised in any other way. I do however not split my Harry Potter series as I love displaying my collection over two full shelves. You should do a video on tips on how to film a bookshelf tour as I am struggling... :)

I also suggest that you read the Waterfire Saga by Jennifer Donelly. Once again, I read this series when I was 9 years old, and I still love it. This again, falls under the Selection-like books, and I am not one for Fantasy, but this is somehow different. In fact, Fantasy is the one genre I absolutely hate. Instead of being a normal 10-year-old girl and reading the Harry Potter series, I had heard enough from my friends and the back of the books, that I had decided that I didn't like it. I didn't even watch the movies. I never read any of the Percy Jackson series, and I LOVE greek mythology. I was not your normal girl, I am probably the biggest nerd and bookworm you will ever meet, and I will always have my nose in a book (I even asked my Mom for a pair of noise-cancelling headphones so I can read at parties or in a loud space) but I will never read those type of books. Except for the Waterfire Saga of course.

3 minuets 44 seconds into it and i thought i recognised that book. Ruby red was made into a film back in 2013, as were the other books later on, called Rubinrot. It was such a good film, though i watched it in German and i still to this day cant find an english dub for the other two films. Now that i know they were books, i can finally find out what happens :D. Definatly check out the film!
