I got hair Botox treatment a year ago. Probably one of the best things I have done for my hair in a long time and I am 60! Hair is thicker, fuller! I love it!

@@taylorcarter6940 I get the treatment every four months. I don’t know the brand of products, but my hair has been growing and is much healthier. I always had long hair, but menopause, cholesterol drugs, took a toll on my hair. This is the first thing that has brought my hair back to life. I put NO heat on my hair, do aloe Vera treatments and am in a bonnet at night.

Hair Botox isn’t a treatment like a smoothing treatment, relaxer, keratin, etc. it’s not even a chemical process. It’s just a deep conditioner that makes hair really manageable and shiny. Doesn’t rearrange bonds or even break them down. They simply burnt her hair.

@@nicoleh7103 those are the claims; however, healthy hair reverts. It wants to and it should. Also, anything over 65% humidity - everyone’s hair will frizz regardless of texture creed or race lol

I would not add any kind of extensions for thinning hair! Too much stress, just my humble opinion.

@@debracampbell8006 I appreciate that, I really do...but you get to a point where if you can cover it, anything is better than walking around with a patch in the top of your head. I get tired of wigs. It’s one of those things where you won’t understand unless you’re the one crying and battling with it. Thank you though (not intended to sound rude or “clappish”)

@@netraflo I have the same problem but it’s genetic 🙆🏾‍♀️ all the women on my mums side eventually go bald in their own area🙆🏾‍♀️ when I realised my crown was thinning and breaking, I switched all my products. I started using a ginger shampoo from body care and went back to using grease on my scalp(but I mixed lavender and castor oil in mine) Best decision I made. My crown is now the same length as the rest of my head. I got my mum using the same shampoo and her hair has also grown back 🙌🏾

Check your iron levels you may need more iron in your diet love, if that’s not the case full lace wigs are your best bet, because you want the least amount of stress on your thinning areas as possible, sew in a patch of silk or satin inside the wig where you have problem areas I.e the nape crown and edges. This prevents friction and loss of moisture. Remove the wig and massage problem areas every 3 days. The new headband wigs I’ve been seeing around are great too, follow the previous tips with adding satin pieces under the wigs if you choose to use them. Be kind to yourself and speak blessings upon your head don’t be disheartened God bless you xx ,

It’s a treatment they usually offer at Dominican salons, it does not change the curl pattern as in this video, that’s heat damage that caused her 2 textures. The ingredients are vitamins and intense moisturizers either blown out directly or rinsed out depending on application style. It keeps the hair moisturized and more resistant to reversion due to moisture in the air. Supposed to last 6 months after treatment and use special sulfate free shampoo and conditioner for the Botox during washes.

My eyes were burning when I first started using this, as I tried to carry on I could barely even keep my eyes open. I had a headache after this. Started to research this issue and found out it had happened to several other people. Somebody even got ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL because of this product ??? Many people suffered allergic reactions, I’m not one to react to things but my body did not respond well to this product at all. I researched the ingredients- methylchloroisothiazolinone appears to be the culprit. Reportedly this is a preservative which is banned in the EU and UK due to its high toxicity and high rate of causing allergic reactions and significant skin irritation. This is an extremely dangerous ingredient to have in a hair product and I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of care and consideration by this company for their customers. I’m so confused as to why there are so many positive reviews on this. Small writing on the back of the product is simply not sufficient enough to highlight the level of risk that there is with using this product and this does not justify the neglect that this company has committed for selling this product with only subtle warnings on its high risks. I cannot sleep as I am terrified that I will have a delayed severe allergic reaction, significant skin problems in the morning or hair falling out in my next wash. Absolutely fuming about this, I will be reporting the product to the Trading Standards and I would like a full refund.
