It is called the Okuma sharpening system. Unfortunately they stop producing it over 20 years ago. From time to time one is listed on ebay.

It was made in Japan but the production stopped around 2000. It still can be found on ebay from time to time. It is called okuma sharpening device.

I saw more men stating you must avoiding to cut paperrs. You should cut wet thin paper handkerchiefs to test the blade!🎉 Look at the videos🎉!!
