Right now I am: Taking 80k mcg of Biotin (40k AM, 40k PM) A High Potency Prenatal 2x a day Oiling my hair every night with : Biotin Oil Rosemary Oil Jamaican Black Caster Oil Grapeseed Oil Mustard Oil (On oil each night and I just rotate through) And my hair is GROWING. I’m gonna add MSM soon I’ve just been lazy 😂

Hi love the content and also recently just became a new subscriber. I have really bad damaged hair, that is short, dry and brittle and I wish to grow it out. Would you suggest getting my frizzy thin ends trimmed before doing a protective style or when I go to take down my protective style I trim it? Best wishes, Dorcas
