Does is so true. Your channel is so helpful to me because I've not been using extensions for the past two years and thought my hair can't grow without extensions but trust I can confidently go anywhere with my own hair. Your hair has grown a lot over the last 2 years. I agree we don't notice the growth until we reach a certain length. I only know my hair is growing when I compare it to videos I did previously :)

I need to retain the length of my hair It breaks a lot and I also use the stretch method which stretch it out anytime I do it. Natural hair maintenance is not easy honestly

Extensions do not affect hair growth unless they were not properly installed.
