Super interesting talk, ive been on dutasteride for a while. DHT blockers have worked efficiently for me (even regained alot), personally not a fan of minoxidil. I like taking a pill and being done, my libido went down just a bit but nothing crazy. But steroids do have an insane impact short term on your hair. I guess the user has to research a specific steroid that is less prone to cause hair loss? Which ones would you advice yourself?

I am prone to baldness, and I succeeded in keeping all my hair with these three cycles: 1) Nandrolone, low testosterone, and no finasteride. Nandrolone acts like a DHT blocker by being a substrate to alpha-5-reductase, and DHN (dihydronandrolone, the final product) is safe for hair. 2) Low testosterone, finasteride, and Anavar. 3) Low testosterone, finasteride, and Turinabol. By the way it's more complicated than "androgenic" and "DHT-derivated". Anavar is safe for the hair but is a DHT derivative. So I think it's more a question of certain receptors for hairloss. And the compound itself. These three compounds are definetely safe : deca, anavar and tbol. EQ and Primo are safer than most Tren, Winstrol, Anadrol, etc. are super harsh for hair In my opinion this has nothing to do with "hormone sudden change and stress when we eats more etc.", it's totally a genetic thing with hormones and receptors. His theory is a good idea but wrong in my opinion because a sudden high dose of NPP, anavar or tbol won't cause any hairloss, while a long build-up of winstrol will cause hairloss.

Very interesting hypothesis! Wish we had more research. Suppose anecdotes and mechanistic data is what we have to rely on until we have clearer answers. I think your approach is very reasonable

Thank you for your reply. I dont know what you mean with hairloss receptors. All androgens act on the same androgen receptor. It seems that DHT has negative infleunces on the hair follicle besides genomic androgen receptor activation, potentially non-genomic. From this point of view there is reason for Tren to bad for hair. Tren doesnt conver into estrogen OR DHT. I would put Tren in the same ballpark as primobolan or masteron regarding hair safety. Mind you, this is a complicated subject! Also, I do think you misunderstood my theory. I think there are two different pathways through which we can lose our hair when using anabolic steroids. 1) Androgenic: predominantly through formation of DHT and total androgen dose. Genetics play a huge role here. 2) Stress-related: temporary states of high stress in the body infleunce hair follicles in a negative way. One way for temporary stress is the sudden change of hormonal state when starting or stopping high dosages of anabolic steroids. The first one can be combated by smart cycle design: using less DHT forming drugs (especially lower testosterone cycles). DHT-derivated are not the same as DHT and I would consider safer for the hair as well. Nandrolone is an option as well. I am not a fan of finasteride and would advice for low-testesterone and higher DHT-derivative cycles. The second way in which we lose our hair can alleviated by using lower amount of drugs and less drastic up-and-downs. In other words: lower dosages for longer periods of time: not cycling but more progressive dosages over time while starting LOW. Hope this addresses some of your comments.

250mg of testosterone per week is considered low dose? If I use 250mg of test and finasteride will I be able to stop baldness?

Not sure I agree with him - AAS are androgens. In people with a higher percentage of scalp hair follicles genetically susceptible to androgens, AAS will have deleterious effects on those hair follicles. Similar to the effects of other more potent androgens such as DHT. Someone should finally do a study on the impact of ALL androgens on these genetically susceptible hair follicles. The majority of research has just been on DHT so far.

Dear doctor, great video, just save up for a hair transplant, don't mess with dht blockers, it's dangerous. Does turinabol cause brain damage? Is it as neuro toxic than dianabol? That would be a good video
