That' was my concerns my hair but I will be cured from lung cancer and I made up my mind that I would cut it off my self and it will grow back I had some wigs and bought some more and I can decide what hair color or style that I feel like that day , and make up face and look fabulous . The best part is that I will survive and live

Thanks for sharing your experience. I will be starting chemo soon & am trying to decide whether to try cold capping or not. The more I found out about it, the more I am trying to talk myself out of it. The expense, the extra time in the chair & the misery just to probably still lose 40% doesn’t seem worth it to me. But i really don’t want to lose it either, and I’m not sure I am ready to commit to its inevitability.

I’m so sorry you are going through this It’s something that you could try and if it’s not for you then you could stop, but you just wont be able to go back to. Hair loss is a very difficult thing to go through as you feel you lose control. But I wish you all the best for your treatments x

Thank you for your transparency. Leaning away from cold capping…remains a bit fascinating but the entire process is enough discomfort, how much more can be added??

When you say "cold Cap", are you referring to PaxMan or another product?
