Hair masks and deep conditioners are probably the most important part of my hair routine. I use them faithfully.

I couldn’t agree more - they made the biggest difference to my hair during my haircare journey which is why I love sharing how transformative they can be to others ❤️

The garnier hair food masks are some of my favourite affordable hair masks, they are full of natural ingredients and no nasties - great choice! 💆🏼♀️

I might be late asking but I have thick long hair (kinda like my pfp). When I sleep i do it up in a bun, but even so my hair really tangles and feels like, as u said, it went trough a lot of friction. Thats because i move in my sleep. Picked up a hairmask the other day from the store and now im wondering how often I should use it. I dont have 'dry' or 'damaged' hair, barber says my hair is actually very good in quality, but it does goe trough a lot of friction, has some flyaways etc. Got the split ends cut recently and now i wanna take good care of it. Apart from the hair masks, is there other things my flyways-frictionful hair could benefit from?

A silk pillow would be a worthwhile investment to prevent friction and instead of a bun for bed, wear your hair in plaits, it minimises friction (and added bonus - you will have heatless curls for the next day) ☺️

Hi Im new to your channel I've been using hair masks on my hair & I'm surprised to find my hair just passed my bottom, there was a time where I thought my hair isn't growing ( it was halfway down my back ) it wouldn't grow passed that length for a long while, I then started using hair masks & since then there's no stopping my hair lol I use a mask once a week & leaving it on for ten mins, after washing & conditioning. But I've just found out it's better to put the hair mask on after a shampoo, & then condition your hair, when I condition my hair I leave it in for 30 mins only because I do use hair dye & my hair needs it, with the mask I've only ever put it on halfway down my hair but I'm going to try putting it on all over & leave for 30 mins & then condition for 15 mins. I've always had compliments about my hair, but like you said everyone's hair is different so it's trial & error I have some split ends I would love some recommendations on hair masks please, I would love thicker hair ( if that's poss) I'm soon to be 55 & I think for my age I do have exceptionally lovely hair

So pleased to see how hair masks have helped your hair grow, your hair sounds amazing and dreamy 😍 I share lots of hair masks and try so many, many promise hair thickness but that's certainly more of a long term measurement of performance. I'll keep trying more that promise thickness

@@Blondeamy thank you 🙏 my hair is very shiny & easier to brush ( wet) I know you shouldn't brush wet hair, I always have but very carefully & using the hair mask & conditioner helps , I always start brushing my wet hair from bottom to the top, ( I always thoroughly brush my hair before washing as it's so long) it's a shame we can't post pics in here or I would have done , I would be very interested in those that thicken hair ...the adverts I've heard about hair masks normally say ' will make your hair LOOK/FEEL thicker ...not actually give you a thicker head of hair, I feel that as we age & lose the thickness we can not get the thickness back ...though we can make it look like it's thicker . Thank you for your reply I know you must be very busy
