I couldn't help but to notice how clear and glowy your face looked in this video. You should post your skincare regimen 🙄. Thanks for the hair tips!😊

Great information ! One piece of advice: can you increase the volume on your end? It is a bit hard to hear you.

Do u think it's bad to use a comb attachment?
@EfficientlyNatural
@EfficientlyNatural 7 жыл бұрын
+Veronica, I think every once in a while is ok but it can definitely involve a lot of manipulation and cause breakage. Nothing gets my hair smoother/straighter than the comb attachment though...but I mostly try to avoid it.

I think I have 3c-4a hair and I wouldn't be able to wear my hair like this for two days let alone two weeks before it starts to unravel 😩. Thank you for these tips.

Stretching really is key for my type 4 hair I've realized as well, even if I do it without heat. Not only does it make make hair more manageable and easier to do different styles without damaging it, but my hair also seems to retain more moisture with far less product. Stretching is invaluable to my routine.

Do you wet your hair anymore during the time that your hair is in the stretch style? Or do you just stream moisturize until your next wash day.
@EfficientlyNatural
@EfficientlyNatural 7 жыл бұрын
+Whitney Solier, I don't really wet my hair anymore..besides applying the moisturizer periodically. I'll talk about that a bit more in my next video

Beautiful hair, doc! 👌🏾I'm a first year resident, and I've been managing so far with half wigs and low manipulation hair styling. I'm on call every other week and barely keep up with my biweekly deep conditioning smh.
@EfficientlyNatural
@EfficientlyNatural 7 жыл бұрын
Thank you!! The struggle is real as a resident. What's your specialty? Props to you for even trying to keep up with the biweekly conditioning. I don't think I could. Anyway, hang in there and best of luck in residency. I know first year can be tough but it gets better.

My strands are fine, so my twists never look this plump. Maybe one day I'll try three strand twists. It's for this reason that I could never wash them without having to redo them. They'd just be a frizzy mess.I braid my roots to keep them stretched and prevent tangles. My hair is waist length, but I had to cut a lot off from my crown and top due to damage. Now I am trying to grow everything back one length. My go to style are half up/ down wash and goes, but I know that my hair flourishes when I keep it twisted. So twists it is lol. #hairgoals
