I think i was overharvested, i have a terrible shock loss in my donor area, massive bald patches. Is this temporary? And how long does it take to get back to somewhat of a normal look that i can at least go out without a winter hat?

Doctor will the water we used to bath cause hair fall. Many peoples saying that hair fall is because of your water. I used the water which comes from my well for bathing. The same water from well is used for cooking and all other household purposes. We don't have any health issues. But what kind of water cause hairfall.

I had one doubt ,will be very thankful if I get the answer....as we know everyone have dht but only some part of population gets affected by hair loss...so can we say it's the increased sensitivity towards dht ..then why we use fin to block the conversion to dht as the increased sensitivity responsible

That is the only thing we can control. And therefore it logically follows from your assumption which is true that despite a DHT blocker baldness does not stop. It only slows down.
