The second hand is more to guide the straightener and make the movement easier for you. You technically don't have to hold the tip. I would suggest practicing a bit just using the one hand and see if you can make it work for you :) xox Rach

@xHelloimNessa15x I have the same problem with my hair - one side seems to always curl better than the other. Try practicing different ways of holding the straightener and the direction in which you curl. You may have to move slower on that side so that the hair has time to curl more. Also look as the position of the straightener in relation to your head - is it more horizontal or vertical as that can effect the way the hair curls. Keep practicing and you'll get it :-) xxoo

@789Musicismylife Thin will work better however I have seen people do this with thicker flat irons however it is a bit trickier and takes a bit more practice. The steps are pretty much still the same but you end up with more voluminous loose waves :-) xx

Will this still work with a really big flat iron like a thick one?
@RachaelJade13 жыл бұрын
@bobi15ify No I don't think it has to be, unless your hair is naturally really curly and you are trying to get a different type of curl, otherwise natural hair is fine to start with xox

@xomssammiexo1 your welcome :-)
@RachaelJade12 жыл бұрын
You really don't have to hold it there for any time at all, just as soon as you have twisted the straightener you can start moving it down your hair. If you can try not to hold it to still in any one place as it could damage your hair. I tended to pause a bit in this video, more beacuse I was talking rather than because I need to stop :) xx

My hair seems to be unable to be curled with the flat iron and I do everything just like you showed it... Is it because of my hair length (it goes down to my waist)?
