I also found out that the hair paint wax helps to stretch my hair out when doing the banding method! Not only do I get color without damage but the wax protects and it helps to stretch my hair! No more using heat!

The color does seem to transfer but less and less by the end of the week. I recommend dark clothing for the week. No white or it will stain but it should come off once you wash your clothes, as its not permanent like ammonia color or henna. I got some on a yellow shirt and just with a little water it came off with no lasting stain

Henna is nice but the color options are limited. You’re never going to color dark hair bright blue or lime green with henna. Henna is also semi permanent - you can’t just wash it out and start again

Oh my gosh I love the flamingo brand! I have their lotion and razor and I love it! The lotion smells soooo good and it’s so smooth going on. The only thing I don’t like is that the pumping of the lotion isn’t smooth all the time so it can come out in small spurts instead on one constant stream.... maybe it’s just my bottle but I don’t care cuz it smells so good and hydrated my skin well without feeling weighted. @@oluwatosinalo8762 Hi. I had mixed results. My natural color is a medium ash brown. I have a lot of white hair on top and at my temples. That hair turned bright red and the rest of my hair looks like a deep russet brown with a reddish tint. The reason I used the henna was to shore up this white hair as it is very delicate. I'm thinking of using a box dye of dark brown just on the top of my head where it turned bright red to even out the color some. This isn't the fault of the henna. I literally have two different colors of hair on top of my head. I may have to visit a colorist.

The wax transfers alot as well. I did the hair paint wax red and after it dried it had crazy transfer. I wore dark colors that week but everything it transfered on to washed out no problems. I do want to try the Crown paint becuz its black owned, waiting for my order now. I'm excited 🤗🤗🤗
