A few things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I started massaging my scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

I lost more than 50% hair in post covid. In just 1.5 months. You said 3 months of hair fall. At this rate of hair fall I will loose 90% of hair. I had hips length extremely thick hai. Now shoulder length very thin and bald at both side in front. Dr said it's normal but seriously will they ever grow back. I am going to bald.
