It has to be so very hard to be a foster home for those puppies and then have to let them go. A very emotional time that happens over and over again. A HUGE thanks to all of those people who rescue, foster, and adopt. You're all very special people.

I don't see hairless German Shepherd dogs when I look at Xavier and Zander. I see those warm eyes and wonderful ears. And it is the love that they give their humans, not how they look. If anyone only wants a dog for their look or the image they uphold, then they don't deserve a dog in their life. Go buy a wallet or jewelry. The love an animal gives is from their heart. And those two German Shepherd pups are beyond adorable. I hope they both live a long, happy life. ~❣️

This is very normal and preferred with puppies as littermate syndrome may occur. It is preventable, but takes someone beyond the average dog owner. The rescue was just setting them up for a better chance of success.

I have alopecia and she leaves out a lot of things; it does not hurt, the hair just kinda falls out so these animals are hardly suffering besides maybe being a little cold, she described it as an infection which bring a lot of connotation with it i don’t take antibiotics and don’t need to. Very common in humans, they made it seem like the two dogs were suffering lol
@Hermititis4 жыл бұрын
Also, it can have multiple causes. The way she said it made it sound like it's always from an infection.
@owcopies1234 жыл бұрын
My dogs have alopecia due to a genetic defect, they're littermates (mutts adopted from a shelter, not designer dogs nor purebred) and both are blue and tan. The hair breaks at a certain point of growth. The male looks like a grey lion, his sister has a milder form with only a bald line on her back.
