Do you have a storage unit to keep all the staging furniture you buy? Do you return items? it feels like you have a lot of moving pieces. Also, do you have a car in Palm Springs and in Seattle? There is definitely a lot of coordination that goes into living away from where you work. You seem to handle it really well.

There is so much more that we do as great real estate agents but I'm so glad you showed a little bit of the behind the scenes. I know you do a lot more than this as well so I hope people don't get the impression that all we do is staging, cleaning, and pressing send on a contract, cause that's not it at all! These are certainly the more glamorous parts of our job. Loved the video, Monica!

I’m a Realtor in Pittsburgh, PA & my best guess is the other agent cut her commission. Always seems to be the reason the client goes with someone else. They will most likely regret not paying the extra percentage for an agent who knows their worth! Keep up the good work!!

What do you do with all of the staging furniture? Is it more cost effective to buy furniture rather then rent it, or to use a company that stages houses for a fee (and I found at least three of those in Seattle after a quick google search) then to buy furniture straight up?
@niniabeals98438 ай бұрын
Just a question out of curiosity, for staging do the items stay in the house or do you keep them to reuse? Do you pay for all of that out of pocket? Is it a tax right off? And/or do you see some type of reimbursement from the house sale?

Are you going to become an agent in Palm Springs and live there full time or keep flying back and forth? That would be the most stressful part for me. Otherwise it looks like a fun job even if you have a slow week once in a while. People can be annoying sometimes. As a delivery driver I do feel under appreciated. People who live in big complexes need to meet us outside bc we drove it there. I don’t do elevators. Have you noticed the weird (neurotoxin) fragrance sprays they put in apartment lobbies? Lol. They’re doing it in Austin. Take care ❤ thanks for sharing with us Monica. See you next time.
