Dealing with Washday Anxiety - Easy Wavy / Curly Routine

If you get stressed when it's time to wash your hair, you're not alone. I will put off washing my hair but that just makes it worse. Here's how I manage my washday anxiety and a simplified wash day routine. Hope this helps you too.

Your hair looks so good! I have 3b curls and have started to experiment with brush styling. will try your technique because I've been twirling too big of a section around the brush and it gets tangled as I wind it around. I never thought to use the handle but it seems so much easier So glad you are posting again!

What kind of a brush are you using? It is a lot smaller than the "Denman" brushes I have seen.

it's the small / mini version of the Denman - I like it more than the big brush!

I confess that I dread washing my hair. I have very thick and coarse hair. It's also long. I'm trying to approach it without dread.

It's so hard! Focus on how good that clean scalp feeling is, and I give you permission to just forget about styling it and just enjoy what it does naturally xx

Tbh the anxiety for me is the diffusing! My hair density is pretty thin and my hair is slightly shorter than yours yet it takes me 2 hours? Idk what I'm doing wrong lol

And your hear will get not Grey anymore and easier to maintain. Migraine disappears. Don't wear rubber shoes
