Great video Claude! In addition to mortgages : Running water, sewer, clean roads, hygiene etc….. everyone should be able to have access to the very basic necessities of life. Keep up the good work. Was wondering about the lifespan of these Mortgages, because in the Caribbean Region people don’t want these endless 30 years or even 15 years mortgages. Great Job!
