I'm in the industry for over 33 years. I have watched many videos on building in Ghana, as a matter of fact I'm strongly considering establishing a branch of my company in Ghana. With 35 years experience and 18 owning my company, I'm sure I know a thing or two. This man is the first I have seen and can say is a legitimate general contractor. The fact that he can tell her the building process without research or looking at note, tells me he's good.

Aaah my brother, you hit the nail right on the head. Trust is everything and unfortunately, a lot of us in abroad due to bad experiences with so called building contractors and foreman’s have lost trust and confidence in people. I was painfully duded by someone I thought I could trust and like you said was even going to introduce other people to him until I realised all the lies and lack of work he hadn’t done when I had paid for. It’s only by the Grace of God that I’m still able to continue with my project. Ghana needs more people like you with integrity. God bless. 🙏🏾

Building can be so scary so it's nice to have someone patiently explain it so well and with the current cost, it's so helpful so that we don't get tricked or wasteful when you are just trying to build a family home to pass down to you children and grandchildren. I will be keeping this video close because I hope to save money and build a home there. Bless you both for providing helpful honest information that is so needed. He is what we call a custom builder here in 🇺🇸 USA Good info about the importance of never cutting corners especially when it comes to building a house or commercial building. Doing so will not only hurt the customer but the contractor will have a short career because word travels fast when things go wrong. The only thing that should ever change is if the buyer and builder decide to go with better quality materials that go above minimum requirements.

Young Lady again and again you Beautifully Brilliantly bring another informative video on your "Build with Amoa" channel . I am consistently step by step going through all of your videos. Ghana historically has always been an important pillar in Afrikan History and our history here in America as the Descendants of Afrika who have survived the most horrid holocaust ever perpetuated on humans, 465+ years of chattel slavery and oppression. Sons and Daughters of Afrika see Ghana rising to be a shining example in leading in the Afrikan 21stCentury Paradigm Shift from old colonialist and neo-colonialism. You serve the Mission well, as a Beautifully Brilliantly Afrikan Princess 👸🏾 focusing the construction industry at all levels. You our on our go to list for Ghana and West Afrika projects. well said, if you're going to tile, you can avoid scriding, also if you want to avoid outside plastering and you have used concrete bricks when building, make sure the finishing is done well then use texture paint (paste), you will have saved on outside cement and labour but done painting at once.
