This is what *employees* attending the hall should do. The glass of water should've been already filled and available - not placed upside down somewhere behind the pitcher (as u can see when he flips it right-side-up, at the end), as though this is an informal meeting in the back garden & you don't want dust or flies getting in the glass... It's super bizarre & his total focus was on what he was *saying,* esp that it was the climax of a 30 min speech, that he delivered freely (without reading).
