Isn’t the whole point of sand bag training the sloshiness aspect? This filler bags look so firm I would think now you just a firm weighted duffel. Not knocking it just curious.

Unless you fill it up with concrete, it's going to slosh no matter what. Also, if you follow the manufacturer's guidelines, you're only filling the bag up to a certain point so there's always room for the filler to move.

This is great info, thank you. I'm just curious, so the medium sandbag comes with a medium and large filler bag. Did you fill both of these to equal 40 lbs, or did you just use 1 of the filler bags?

Each size bag comes with its corresponding size filler bag, not multiple sizes. The bags do come with multiple filler bags. I think I used 2 of the 3 bags that they come with in each.
