After jumah prayer we went hunting for food.
There are tons of options near Nuijie Mosque.
The name literally mean cow/oxen street and it has been around hundreds of years. The street is major tourist attraction and people line up to get a taste of the many delicious options.

Hassiba예담 Hidjabs are fine. Arabic is fine, but not allowed to be taught to people under 18 by any religious members. Chinese laws were updated last year forbidding any religion to forcibly teach religious practices etc, to underaged children unless if the child does so willingly. Not many children will be willing to learn Arabic (Islam), Latin (Christian) or any other foreign languages unless forced. However, most Chinese muslims read the Chinese (translation) Koran, and pray in Arabic (repeat the imams words). Same with all other religions eg Judaism, Christianity and others all face similar restrictions, with all of them nowadays preaching mainly in Chinese.

They’re called Uighurs they live in the East Turkestan (Xinjiang region), those are the people who are not allowed to practice they’re religion. Huis which are Chinese Muslims have the right and more freedom to practice their religion.

@@123meenasalih There is differences for Uyghurs as well. Minor restrictions for the urban population and "reeducation" for the rural, especially rural villages/ towns near the border.
