The muslim societies in western part of China were in fact settled during the invasion and the reign of Mongol Empire. Been to one of these halal street market in Guangzhou and it was jam packed with people. The Uyghurs are very generous when it comes to food. Huge portions of delicious food at cheap prices. Best place to be every Friday morning.

I was there one year ago some ppl mixing up between Muslim Hui Kitchen and Muslim Uighur Kitchen , Uighur kitchen is more delicous than Hui kitchen and Hui Kitchen is kind of providing chilly dishs like indian food so bear that in mind , for Hui restaurants I only go there for noodles only, they make severely delicous noodles most Of Uighurs live in Muslim town in shanghi while Hui live in all cities and town across china usualy Hui Resturants signs are in Green Color Not to mention to get a rice and meat meal from the lady in the begining of this video it was magically delicious and unforgatble for me
