I did a speech on pigs in highschool. Its pretty amazing how clever they are. But also how close to the human biologically. The skin (apart from lack of sweat glands), eyes, internal organs. Scientists actually studied how structurally close the pigs heart is to the human heart. And that it's possible for heart transplants. Apparently certain Cannibals called humans long pigs because they taste the same And if you look at a pigs behaviour. They mirror the disgusting, animalistic side of humans. They're dirty, greedy, eat filth. They even enjoy watching the mating of another pig. This is all scientifically proven. The pig being Haram on surface value is because it's dirty. But Allah SWT is so amazing in showing us through a pig, how we can become just as animalistic by letting our nafs take over. The pig is a creation of Allah SWT. We have no right to curse at it or call it disgusting. See it as a reminder of what we can become.

halal and haram are terms that are not only related to food, they describe any kind of action. halal basically means 'allowed' and haram basically means 'not allowed' so halal juice means any kind of juice that is allowed to drink in Islam ( it's not a specific kind of juice) there are many many detailes as to what is halal and what is haram. Allah (SWT) didn't leave us in the dark, not even in the tiniest detailes.

@@1x1x1is1 I guess the main focus of drinking in Christianity is the quantity. Although it isn't completely forbidden, it certainly forbids getting drunk (Ephesians 5:18: "Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery") which is a big occurance nowadays. Alcohol is an indulgent thing which is hard to stop N let go of even with self control which can lead to getting drunk. So in my opinion of Christianity, to NOT stay away from alchol all together inevitably means getting drunk and commiting this sin (which the bible says it will cause u not to go to heaven). So y not, like the Quran, prevent the sin from ever happening and just forbid alchol 😉 however, these r all my opinions, if u agree to them or not is another thing. I just wanted to clarify y we think this is Haram (forbidden) 👍

To deep note: Kosher and Halal mainly same but There is some differences. İn Kosher alcohol usage are allowed but not in Halal. Also you can eat meat with blood and nerve stuck in it like Liver in Halal but it is more strict in Kosher

its a long story but i give you short one. white-washed new age veganism was derived from buddhist practice of vegetarianism. and there are other religions that practice it like sikhs and certain hindus who abstain from meat. if im not mistaken i think the brahmans are one of the types who traditionally practice this as they are the scholars/priests in society. im most familiar with buddhist vegetarianism as i have seen it from a young age eventho i admit i still dont know all abt it. basically why they abstain from meat is bcoz they think its wrong to kill living beings for meat and its a practice of mercy to spare these animals. they also, like islam believe greatly that you are what you eat so they try to eat as clean as possible for spiritual reasons as well. lets be very clear that they practice vegetarianism largely for spiritual reasons such as for certain acts of worship or certain events so know that vegetarianism can be considered as ibadah just as us muslims live the halal lifestyle as ibadah to Allah and another reason they abstain from killing/eating other animals is that they believe you would reincarnate into your next life as said animal so you go thru its lifetime to atone for what you did. tbh i would encourage you to go and find out for yourself so you understand more as i feel my explanation is still very lacking. there are alot of things weaved into vegetarianism like dharma, karma and whatnot. buddhists monks who actually live in temples living this kind of life are quite humble and dedicated, so i feel a certain respect for vegetarians as opposed to vegans who dont believe in anything yet blindly follow anything with no thought behind those actions. the most dangerous thing abt this mindset is that some muslims who are not grounded in the basic understanding of halal food and what is it would adopt veganism and unknowingly go against our own faith. if we feel pity and hesitation for an animal abt to be slaughtered, that would render the meat haram.

@@Hamza-uh6oy a good friend of mine who knew the ins and outs of halal better than me told me so after i expressed some pity for a goat we had to slaughter for akikah. it was a small moment but the way i was corrected lets me know how grave that mistake was. we shouldn't hesitate nor pity the animal as they exist so we can sustain our own living properly as omnivores that Allah designed us to be. pitying the animal is showing lack of resolve and that will make things harder. we slaughter for a purpose anyways, so its also best for the animal that we do things efficiently.

So many people doesnt understand what HALAL food means. 1. For consumption purposes, in islam the animal should be kill in one stroke or which also mean they should die instantly or in a way that they wont feel pain. That is the most humanely way and how we show respect to animal. All god creations have their own purposes in this world. Some animal can be eaten, while some cannot. Same with plants. 2. Halal also mean cleanliness. Cleanliness is a must! 3. It isn't something we hide or are unaware of. What's MORE cruel? To harm a disabled person or a normal heathy human being? Well, a majority of people would say that harming a disabled person is more cruel, in the sence that the person was not able to sepeak/move/defend himself or herself.... But when it comes to meat vs vegetables, the standards change! Killing helpless plants is not cruel while eating healthy animals is certainly cruel. We humans are omnivores, we reqire to eat meat and vegetables, both. Regarding the slaughter of the animals, the Prophet PBUH set rules and said, "Verily Allah has prescribed Ihsan (kindness) for everything. So when you kill, you must make the killing in the best manner; when you slaughter, make your slaughter in the best manner. Let one of you sharpen his knife and give ease to his animal (in order to reduce his pain)." Yea, you can consider it as cruelty, but then those vegans would be cruel too, they take the life of plants. Halal meat is obtained in such a way that even the animal wouldn't know it has been killed. So, it's completely painless, but yeah their is still a life being taken. Tbh the Prophet used to have meat like once a month so as Muslims we shudnt have meat in excess and everyday and we shudnt fund huge factories who slaughter animals everyday in front of other animals so there should be small individual businesses selling meat and giving them a nice life so therefore, meat would be expensive, economy would be much higher, animals wont be slaughtered as much and people would have jobs.
