I remember a young Syrian pastry chef who made this dessert but the color of the dough was very white and when I chewed it, the dough seemed elastic and soft and of course delicious. Is your result the same? Because I see it very similar as him.

Yes it will be elastic but soft because of the cheese that is in the dough... you should try it you will love it☺️☺️
