Absolutely. Have many still needing editing (45 or so) that I have not gotten to since I'm busy doing more of the adventures.

Wow! This was great! The suspense of feral dogs...I am glad you didn't meet a pack along the way... then the adventure with being a little lost ( I love getting lost) ha ha Then those darn ankle twists - 4 times...I think...you just keep on going (I will remember that!) I loved seeing the landscape along with you...we had a 2 week hawaii trip planned about 5 years ago but we were blessed with 2 of our grandchildren and they thought disney would be more fun....so....I would still love to go someday! You never cease to amaze me with your humor, your endurance and your ability to conquer any situation any mountain or trail you are on. Thanks for sharing and making it so interesting along the way!

Kerry Ward does not have as many subs as He ought to because he sets too good of an example for the rest of the world. Why do most all wholesome channels lack subscribers? If my observation is inaccurate then I apologize.

Thinking of doing just the climb by myself toward the end of this year. Not sure I'll be able to find anyone to go with me (don't know many trail runners on Maui, actually). I appreciate this video.

The clouds in the background at around 18:30 look like a possible skyline... and then I remembered it was Hawaii!

At 39:15...not a nene...a chukar franklin. Nevertheless, I know Maui well and that was pretty impressive. One hell of a run.

Thanks for the view of the early part of the trail. I am hiking up from Kaupo to the summit next month, and had some concerns about getting lost in the early going. Looks like I need to pay close attention to the markers until I reach the park entrance. After that, it looks like you could almost eyeball it to the top, though the trail is better marked.

How big a running vest is needed to do this? Was think 5L or 12L and leaning towards a 12L vest.
@KerryWard5 жыл бұрын
Greg, it will depend on how long you plan to take. For me, a 12l pack would be excessive. Mid-size should be good - especially if you plan on pumping or filtering water.
