Great video guys.... Love that you loved Troopy life so much and could've stayed on the road longer.. great to see other peoples set up and see what works for different folks. What was the mod to the roof/bed they did for you specifically?

Thanks legends, yeah tough being home but the troopy and the road is still there! Planning for next adventure! 😊 Daniel increased lower roof section by about 3 inches to create the extra headroom 👍🏼

Aww bugger that’s annoying, I think they are pretty prone to it. May have something to do with the angle? Unsure, hopefully it’s not in your field of vision and you can hold off for a bit 🫤

Gday Ben, enjoyed your vids, good work mate, can't believe how quick it all went..anyway mate I'm procrastinating over a 270 awning, leaning bush company's way although crashpads 270 looks pretty good, you seem pretty happy with yours, did you happen to notice any others on your trip where you thought they looked alright or do you think bush company stands out, also the rear door rack from mission 4x4 looks a good accessory did it work well?, is it worth the money? they're not cheap.

Hi Chris, apologies for the late response. I thought that I had come back to you on this 😬. I am impressed with the awning mate, built very well. I think they all have pro’s and cons. To be honest mate I didn’t really check out a lot of others on the road. The bush company one is good, only con really is that it does hold water and the canvas sags if you don’t preempt the rain. You need to rope down in between the framework to ensure the water runs off correctly. Yeah the rear door rack is good mate, just big enough for some extra storage. I am going to have a canvas bag made up the correct size for wood storage 👍🏼 should work out well. That’s for reaching out mate and watching the vids, appreciate it mate

Hi, I have just discovered your channel. My passion is also fishing and I bought a Troopy to tour the world for fishing ! I am giving lots of thoughts into my future set-up. How is your drawers setting working over the months ? I would like the same kind of drawers and not loose space for rails. I have looking for teflon rubbers but I have'nt found anything great. Many thanks.

Hi Philippe, I’m glad to hear we have the same interests in common. They are going ok, starting to get a bit sticky. I will do a video about them when I get home if you like.
