Hali-Life: Bleen Shift - Sound Replacement (Early Work in Progress)

Since I find that replicating Sven Coop's sound replacement codes to be too complicated for me to figure out, I decided to make my own version of the system.
This will allow to change and customize npcs voice lines for the players' liking.

Scientists with guns

Not really, this is just a barney npc with a scientist model and voice. I can make scientists use weapons but first I need animations for it.
