@KZbin User I am so confused by what you just said. For starters, I was not patronizing you, I was speaking normally. Secondly, I am clueless by you not being "colored enough" or whatever. I've never heard of that until now. If you're a poc, then you're a poc, that's it. And third, no one is "perpetuating" anything. The og comment was simply appreciating the beauty of a fellow darker skinned lady, since chances are they don't see women of a darker color as often as they do a non poc girl. I think you're a reading a tad bit too much into this. Not to mention that for decades, poc girls have been criticized for not fitting the "ideal standard of beauty" so I very much apologize that you find yourself so bothered by the fact that we're appreciating the beauty of a darker skinned woman.
