Heard him in a live show at Harrah's Casino at Lake Tahoe. He was fabulous. First part of the show he wore an exquisite navy blue suit with a white dress shirt. Later switched into jeans, same white shirt and loafers. I was drooling! Class act. He sang every hit; performed over 2 hours. I will never forget this. What a legend.

I always loved the cheeky smile and way Paul Anka spoke, also the fun he would have with other singers of the earlier years like Bobby Darin, Franky Avalon and Pat Boone on camera during a show..... Wonderful times, as he says technology so different today than back then.... This is a talented man still doing his thing of entertaining his fans and wishing some of his friends were still around..... Keep on singing up a storm Paul, still love YOU !

Was 12 years old when I fell in love with Paul Anka when he first appeared on Bandstand when it was still a local (Philadelphia) show. My first live rock and roll concert was a few years later - Paul Anka at the DelMar (Calif) racetrack. Have been to many concerts in my 75 years, but his stands out in my memory. It was outdoors and he did encore, after encore, after encore. Had to shed his suit coat because it was so hot, but he never gave up. Who wouldn't appreciate that kind of effort!? Will now buy his book!

Paul Anka pulled me out of the audience during a performance in Vegas decades ago and sang to me. My husband took several pictures. When he let my hand go, I covered my face and squealed. The audience laughed at me. That experience has always been so special! He is an amazing entertainer.

I didn’t discover Anka til the 70s. I was around when he came out but didn’t appreciate his music til an oldies station played “ Put Your Head on my Shoulder “ , I then discovered how talented he was. I bought the oldies greatest hits and his records there on. My favorite is “ Having My Baby “ ! Funny, I didn’t appreciate Brenda Lee either til I bought her lp “;Memphis Potrait “ and then bought all her records, prior and following ! The British Invasionmisled me in that time, now very lirttle of that invasion in still like ! It was over hyped !
