I 100% relate to this!! I've always heard so many people dread this time of year due to shorter days and such bringing on seasonal depression... But it's the exact opposite over here - my soul dies a little in the summer/I get horrible anxiety but then all of a sudden I'm like a whole new human in the fall and winter! Happy October! I have been searching so much for cool stuff but a lot of places seem really lackluster. It's my first halloween in the USA, I'm from Scotland so I had no idea just how early some of the halloween decorations go out for sale. I missed the ghost mug from Target. :( I also went to three Home Goods and they were wiped. I wanted some halloween cushions from there! My partner and I are going for round 3 of halloween shopping this weekend, hopefully we'll get lucky. Your channel has been such an inspiration for me, I really miss my family back home and was feeling shit about it but getting all excited for halloween has helped. I am a bit agoraphobic, so I only leave the house when I absolutely have to... and the only time I really spend $ on myself is Halloween decor shopping (or art supplies- sometimes same thing) I said all that to say this- your videos are not only awesome, relatable and entertaining af, but they literally help me know where I want/need to go, and WHEN to go to get the thing I want, and show that not all stores are created equal! One Walgreens might have half an aisle of Spooky fun, while another Walgreens has a big section of Halloween goodness. I live in florida where fall is nonexistent. 😭😭 Lived here almost all my life. I've vacationed up north several times between September and December just to enjoy something different during the holidays. My better half and I are looking for our first home to buy next year and it won't be in florida. 🤗 we are both so happy and excited. I love the anticipation of Halloween and autumn, so like I swear I kind of like September more (it starts to get cooler in Michigan during that time too) b/c then I have a whole 2 months to be in the spooky mood. I hate when every start counting down to Halloween b/c I don't want the actual holiday to get here b/c then it's immediately Christmas. Everyone skips Thanksgiving now and it feels like autumn just ends even though November is definitely still fall-time! I love all your Halloween decor hunting videos and agree that October is just too short! I can't get into Christmas decorating yet, if at all. One of my cats objects to Christmas trees and the decorations -- he does his best to eat them! I did get a 3 ft. black tree that I will put up on a cabinet he can't get to and use Halloween decorations on, and probably will put a few Christmas decorations on it later. I keep most of my Halloween decor up all year, though, so Christmas will have to just deal with it. lol.

Hey I live in Germany and the only place where you can find here good quality Halloween stuff is TK Maxx. I went in the end of August and I could only get few things! Its madness this year! The last couple of years I was managing to get spooky mugs and Halloween pumpkins even in October. But this year they even got mad here in Germany. I can't imagine what is going on in the US. We don't even celebrate Halloween officially... But I know for sure there WAS more Stuff out here in July, I just couldn't make it then. I don't know what is happening atm 😱😱 Halloween Madness 😅 🎃 🎃
