My Home Goods, Michaels, and TJMaxx stores hardly had anything for Halloween! I kept going back, and went to different locations, but it was pathetic. All I wanted was the Rae Dunn Hocus Pocus mug with the legs topper, but none of the stores even had any Rae Dunn. I'm so disappointed. Seems like the rest of the country got all the stuff, and Southern CA didn't get anything!

I know this seems so unrelated to Halloween and was literally 2mins of the video, but I kinda really appreciated the part where you mentioned Bailey's age and just how it's an emotionally weird ish state to be in as an owner when accepting your pet's mortality. Especially when you consider the length of time and growth you've had that particular pet in your life. 2020 has been one of those years where my dog's health has significantly declined where I'm in that weird state, so it's kinda comforting to hear someone else talk about it and show a less happy version of it. So thank you for that

I felt that when you were talking about your dogs. My first dog was a boxer, Leah, my husband and I got her together. I was 19, he was 21. Shes still with us. Shes 14 now. She paces around a bit too. We just lost our German shepherd to cancer 5 months ago, she was 12. Still grieving her. We have adopted a new pup. Hes 7 months old now. He has really helped us and our 14 yr old. But miss our Kali girl every single day.

I know where you are coming from on our pet's senior years! My little black cat Sabbath is 19 years old now. She sleeps a lot but man about once a day she really gets wound up (or as my Dad would say "feeling her Cheerios" lol) and zips all over the house! She's so sweet, I've had her since I was 20 years old!

Jade, your babies remind me of mine. I never had kids and have been married for 25 years. I just lost my 19 year old chihuahua Stuart in September and he has Alzheimer's and he was so restless. He really only responded to me his last year of his life, he loved my husband but I think he just felt safe with me. He was 90% blind and 99% deaf. He was the best little man. At the end it was so hard to see how fast he declined. I was SO blessed to have him for so long.

I have old dogs ❤️ one thing I would try for Bailey if you haven’t is joint supplement treats, they did wonders for my 13 years old Doberman pincher Zeus, he couldn’t run or go up stairs and within a week he was running outside and he was moving much smoother! 🐺🐺🐺

I completely understand what you’re going through with your dog. I have a 14 year old mixed pitbull lab and he’s having trouble with the stairs and he paces a lot as well so I am wondering if he also has dementia. I hate this end of life stuff it never gets easier. And I’ve had great loss in my life I lost my parents and I recently lost my son in a car accident. But our pets are family as well… The mixed pitbull was my sons we adopted him together. I just found your channel and I am enjoying getting to know you on your videos.
