Hey Amanda! Firstly, thank you as always for being so honest and unabashedly yourself in these videos. This is another great one! Also, with wanting to publish, you should consider a traditional publisher over self-publishing. I know people who did it and didn't super regret it, but they said that it's a lot less "legitimate" than going through a traditional publisher (ie There's no standard for self-publishing, so it's not as noteworthy in the literary community) and that it was fairly expensive since they had to pay all the publishing costs, marketing costs, and potential legal fees (if they got sued). It's totally up to you, but there can be a lot of perks that come from traditional publishing. I'm a writer and poet studying creative writing in college, so not an expert but definitely someone who knows a bit about the field. I hope you publish your work regardless! That's a huge feat to have written a novel. :)

You talking about you being so insecure really spoke to me. I’m EXTREMELY insecure and it all stems from being bullied and I’m not lying from 2nd grade til sophomore year in high school. It finally reached a point to where I completely believed everything they said and hated who I was. I contemplated s*****e because I hated myself so much. Your channel really has gotten me through some pretty shitty times in the last few weeks and I just wanna say thank you for that. I came originally for Animal Crossing, and stay for you... like I've never seen a youtuber (or person in general anywhere) who's so good at telling a story AND one who's interested in animals/conservation and is just so real with their audience. I only recently at 21 (22 on the 22nd, what’s up Libra gang!?) have started getting a diagnosis of ADHD and I can relate so much to your stories you tell. Like struggling in school, wanting to do so much, loving to do something but being worried about people’s reactions to it- it’s all very relatable to me and I’m honestly so happy and thankful to have found your channel. Like you have honestly made my quarantine so much better and have felt like a friend when I have been sort of alone all these months.
