Hi Chris, Comment for the algorithm: "Terrifier" would be an interesting choice. I suspect that the diehard fans of the franchise would be disappointed in the levels of gore while the "innocents" would just see him as Jack rip-off. By the way, both of Art's sidekicks can speak.

It sounds pretty far fetched and like a big jump but with RRR being closed and the trust I have in my sources it seems like a real possibility. If they do, I wonder if instead of a Horrors of Blumhouse we could be getting individual houses for BP2 and M2.0 as that would aline with what I’ve been tracking. I could also see them throwing together something on par with Hellblock Horror or Triplets. Idk why but I feel that’s the direction they turn to when stretched thin. Curious how you feel about this?

I feel like Terrifier is pretty much guaranteed. I've also heard rumors that Last of Us is coming back. I've mentioned it before, but the logistics of FNAF (mostly the heavy, hot, and extremely expensive suits) make it almost guaranteed to not be a house. However, it may show up in Vegas because with a permanent location, they can just install actual animatronics. Blumhouse is a guaranteed call, but which movies are going to be a late call. Am I weird for wanting an Annihilation house?

Annihilation would be interesting for sure! I wonder how would they do the effects on that one. Yeah I think FNAF has one too many problems from the creator, the suits and more. To be featured at HHN.

@@ZombieChris I think they could pull it off, given their track record on houses like Seeds of Extinction and last year's Deadly Exhibits. I think projection mapping and some mist effects could replicate the Shimmer pretty well.

I agree. I don’t think the movies were my cup of tea. However, I feel that it’s a very popular and would bring a bunch of people. Would also like to see beetle juice back. That house was fun, really like how the actors interacted with guest at the front of the house. Ghost face would be fire. However wherever Universal does will be great.

Scream, Candyman, Hellraiser, Fear Street, Evil Dead, IT, The Conjuring, The Thing (1982) and FNAF are a must for HHN but they’re either getting scrapped or rejected, idk if it’s just me or it’s becoming more difficult to secure a IP for the event now these days :,)

I REALLY wanted an Alan Wake 2 house, but the boat was last year and they missed it. But while I do roughly agree with the big 3, video games are another one circling around. With tech improving and HHN figuring out how to do it, I'd LOVE to see them do another take on Resident Evil. It's having a renaissance, 7,Village, and 2 and 4 remake are more than enough to handle a house per a game, and Silent Hill 2 just got an acclaimed rerelease. I really wish Disney wasn't as weird about their Fox Horror IPs. Phantom of the Paradise is worth a swing too, at least in a Silver Screams esque house/scarezone. I have not seen Terrifier, though from what I understand he does have decent bits. I'm VERY curious to be a fly on the wall for the HHN/Netflix/Six Flags debacle, and if HHN Manages to swing Crystal Lake, would that fall under TV or big 3? Though I guess it depends if Hockey Masked Jason shows up. ... I miss Jason and Freddy.

Yeah I've seen alot of Orlando fans don't want Terrifer at HHN. As someone who only attends Hollywood, it's the complete opposite over there. We are salivating at the thought of Art the Clown coming. I figured it was because Orlando fans are more used to toned down houses and Art is too extreme. You guys don't like gore and are much more about the artistic design of the houses and the "visually pleasing" costume design of the scare actors and icons. Personally I feel that if you guys don't want it, fine. We can make it a Hollywood exclusive, like TCM last year. I would love that.

As someone who lives in the southern region of the US and never been to the event in Orlando, I think it sounds like a great idea to feature Terrifier at the event. An attraction based on Terrifier would be a very interesting change of pace compared to whatever the usual 80s Throwback crowd expect.

I'm in Orlando and think terrifier should come to the event and so do many other people down here but I see what you're saying about Orlando having more toned down stuff and visually pleasing stuff instead. If you think about it, Hollywood always gets those really gorey and at times, more "satanic" houses than Orlando like "holidayz in hell" for example. I personally don't like the name but the house looks really cool and it'd be nice if the brought it to Orlando. But anyway, I think there's still a chance Orlando could get terrifier.

As fantastic the show is, Squid Games isn’t really a horror show; it’s more like a k-drama with socio-economic commentary, which isn’t exactly ripe for haunted house translation. Yes, there are some intense moments; but the scare factor comes from the threat of the games’ competition, which is not exactly an easy thing to replicate. Besides, If you want to call that Horror, then we have to call The Hunger Games Horror, too.
