Racoons are very cool, they can defend themselves well I think that is why people are so afraid and give them a bad rap. I let a pet one in my house, only problem was she chewed up my box frame all night under my bed

My little dudes come up to the window and take food from me every night, atleast they stay out of my trash now. It's a weird deal I made with them a year ago and it's worked ever since. Wolves were the same way as raccoons about 15000 years ago, now they sit at the foot of our beds so, who knows where raccoons will be in a few millennia. Cheers from NewBrunswick young man.
