Rohan Campbell did a great job playing Corey Cunnigham. This movie is flawed but I grew to like it

DGG and CO are BS artists of the highest order. H18 he's a normal guy in a mask that can just take an extreme amount of damage/pain, Kills, he's supernatural with all the shit he took, and Laurie's monologue at the end, Ends he's a human in a mask, looking weaker than a 90 year old cancer patient that weighs 50 pounds. I like the reasoning of he took all that damage, yet in Kills, at end after all that damage he seemed to be just fine, but after healing up for 4 years he's now worse for wear? lol Only good news is Blumhouse mentioning the rights going back to akkad and they don't know if they will get them back or if they are going to another studio, but the plan is to make more films with Michael. This was the end of Laurie's story, not Michael's is what they're saying, but the franchise is supposedly going on the back burner for a while. I think DGG had some grand ideas, but not the film making abilities to pull it off. I hope the new studio is actually competent, and understands the character better.

@Nick Xero WHAT!? Just the fire in Kills would have killed any living creature. It's not the heat but the smoke that kills. He was in there a good 6-10 mins. That roll up door is not even close to air tight almost no door is unless designed that way, those gates have a good 1-3" gaps all around, so he was breathing in smoke something that takes you out within a min or so, and he was just waiting all fine. Of course normal people take knives to the spine, a bunch of gunshots, and taking about 5 slugs from what looked like a 357 magnum in the mob scene, falling on your back, and IMMEDIATELY rolling over to get back up is also normal lol. Also a normal person can take two shots to the face with 10 pounds or more of bricks and barely stumble. All this and you're around 65 years old and just fine no limps or anything, yeah that's normal LMAO. My point is DGG is a nutjob who flip flopped from a bit more realism in 18 to the supernatural in kills.
